By downloading, installing, or using Grobe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Grobe is a health and nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze meals from photos and provide estimated nutritional information, organ health insights, and wellness suggestions. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Grobe does not provide medical advice. The nutritional analysis, organ impact assessments, and health suggestions are AI-generated estimates and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or health regimen.
You may create an account to access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may also use the App in guest mode with limited functionality. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings menu, which will permanently remove all your data.
Grobe offers optional premium subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store (In-App Purchase). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: account credentials (username, hashed password), health profile data you provide during onboarding, and meal photos/analysis data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Meal images are processed by OpenAI's API for analysis and are not stored permanently on our servers. You may request deletion of all your data by deleting your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the App; (c) submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws; (d) use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Grobe and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grobe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
